Marriage Challenge: Go on a Date With Your Spouse

Valentine’s Day came and went. That doesn’t mean, however, you should wait until next February to go on a special date with your spouse. Healthy couples go on dates regularly.

The challenge is finding the time. With all our responsibilities, how can we find time for a leisurely outing with our spouse — consistently? The answer is simple: Just do it. Don’t find the time; make it!

We make time for things that are important. And since dating our spouse is important, we should make it happen, regardless of how busy we are. By “we,” I mean me. And you too, of course.

Schedule a date with your spouse sometime in the next two weeks—and not to let anything get in the way of going (within reason).
