Marriage Challenge: Show Affection

Marriage Challenge: Show Affection

Physical touch tends to fall by the wayside after a few years of marriage. As a result, many spouses suffer from a lack of affection. Your spouse may be one of them.

Your new marriage challenge is to make a deliberate effort to show more non-sexual affection in your marriage over the next two weeks.

Hold hands. Give hugs. Greet each other and send one another off with a kiss.

These little touches throughout the day amount to huge emotional deposits in your spouse’s love bank. They have the potential to dramatically improve your marriage.

“It came about, when he had been there a long time, that Abimelech king of the Philistines looked out through a window, and saw, and behold, Isaac was caressing his wife Rebekah.”
